MSCP Central Quay

Completed in 2024 by GOLDBECK for Rightacres Property Co Ltd, the car park includes 681 spaces over eight levels, ancillary space for utility rooms, a ticket office and two retail units. On the ground floor, 115 charging points for electric vehicles were pre-installed, with additional charging infrastructure planned for the upper levels. A striking façade with multi-coloured lighting defines the building’s external appearance.
