Our residential building concept

A construction system for affordable, high-quality housing that is quick to execute, featuring accessible layouts and financing eligibility: with this future-oriented residential building concept, GOLDBECK is a framework contract partner of the German syndicate of housing cooperatives known as the Bundesverband deutscher Wohnungs- und Immobilienunternehmen e.V. (GdW). Our standard includes effective sound insulation, extensive electronic equipment, underfloor heating and integrated ventilation technology. Another special feature that ensures fast construction are our bathrooms, which are prefabricated units produced in our own plants and delivered to the construction site as a complete room module with tiles, sanitation facilitites and fittings.

GdW Partner

GOLDBECK is a framework agreement partner of the Federal Association of Housing and Real Estate Companies (GdW).

 


The framework agreement enables public housing companies from all over Germany to realise their new construction projects more easily and quickly. 25 tested, future-oriented residential building concepts are available for selection – one of them from GOLDBECK. The big advantage: parts of the project tendering, awarding and planning are anticipated in these concepts - which significantly speeds up realisation. The concepts can be variably adapted to the planned use and can be used at different locations.
