Software Quality Engineer (m/f/d) for Smart Building Solutions

Responsibilities

  • Design and execution of product-related manual and automated reliability, efficiency, and security tests in one of our cross-functional Scrum teams
  • Ensuring the product quality of our new Smart Building solution from prototype to market readiness
  • Elaborating our quality guidelines in software development and acting as an ambassador for software quality
  • Development and establishment of test automation for our cloud-based applications and environments, as well as mobile applications that interact with building hardware.
  • Embedding and execution of manual test plans in the release process

Profile

  • Completed IT studies or IT training with several years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Comprehensive knowledge in test automation of web applications and mobile apps based on Selenium, Cypress, or
  • similar
  • Proficient in conducting load and performance tests using common tools
  • Solid experience in capturing and utilizing test and coverage metrics
  • Team player who enjoys working in an interdisciplinary, agile, and international team with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as team spirit
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
